If you walk into ExplorationWorks, you will see a shelf full of vegetable starts planted by preschoolers who visit the museum on Tuesday mornings. Those starts will eventually get transplanted outside, to grow in the Exploration garden for summer programming and eventual FoodShare donations. For the third year in a row, our executive director, Nann Parrett, is offering hands-on activities for young ones, with the intent of getting them excited about gardens and growing food.

Sessions will continue every Tuesday at 10:30 until June 14.
